FUHONG PEARL PIGMENTS USED IN LEATHER

FUHONG pearl pigments, pearl effect obvious, non-toxic, tasteless, high temperatures, strong inert chemical, widely used in natural leather and leather printed on the surface of production. Generally speaking, the pearl pigments can be doped to plastic ink, for the variety of printing and coating the surface with the pearl pigments can also be added to transparent plastic resin used directly in the calendar and pearl leather coating production.

As pearl pigments are relying on the reflection of light to produce pearl, with its request for use of resins, paints and other filler should have a high transparency. Opaque or high covering and the paint additives, such as titanium white, pearl effect will be weakened, and the need to avoid pearl pigments used together. However, in specific circumstances it may be modest by adding the appropriate amount, to increase the Pearly film covering. Pearl pigments used in printing ink table, the concentration is about ink total weight of 15 per cent. If the direct incorporation resin formulations pearl leather production, the concentration of about 2 percent to 5 percent, if the system of low transparency, should be appropriate to increase the amount of pearl pigments or the use of relatively large particles pearl pigments.
