FUHONG PEARL PIGMENT USED IN PAINT

 

FUHONG pearl pigments choose a natural mica,  coated with titanium dioxide (TiO2) or iron oxide, the high temperature at 900 degrees from the calcinations, it is highly stable, in general industrial coating process, will not result temperature is too high and causing discoloration.

    Pearl pigments in the paint in the general concentration of the total solid content of 10% to 20% better (weight ratio). Finish can improve pearl effect.

FUHONG pearl pigments should be mixed in the final stages of accession, that is, when all the other components are mixed evenly, only added to it, in order to avoid pigment flakes due to excessive shear and destruction. Production process, often using pre-wetting way to spread pearl pigments. To prevent damage to pigment flakes, should avoid using high-shear force of the stirring devices, such as ball mill, and three stone-rolling machines.
